COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
Keeping all our families safe is a our first priority
Photography by Magic will comply with any and all public health mandates regarding health and safety. This includes social distancing, hand washing, cleaning/sanitizing, work closures, spaced sessions, etc.
We respect personal choice when it comes to vaccination. All the adults in our studio are fully vaccinated.
At this stage, we are choosing not to implement a vaccination entry requirement. As a close contact business, we will continue to to use face coverings for staff and maintain social distancing between clients.
We have a QR poster for you to please use upon arrival, to record everyone aged 12 years or over who visits the studio.
I will be wearing my mask in the studio and request that while adults are not being photographed you please wear a mask as well. I keep extra triple layer, disposable masks in my studio should you need one.
The studio has an air purification filter and is cleaned and sanitized.
Toys and props are sterilised between sessions with a UV steriliser that kills up to 99.9% of bacteria, viruses and mould. It works with low heat and there is no steam involved or solution residue when your children come to use them.
If you have been around a large group of people, have been exposed or think you have been exposed, I am more than happy to reschedule or offer a credit for use on a future session. Keeping mall our children safe is our first priority and typical fees are waived at this time.
In the event that one of our team is notified as being a close contact and/or testing positive for COVID-19, we will make contact with clients who had sessions within the last 14 days.
If we have to postpone due to COVID restrictions, we will be in touch with you with next steps. Please note, we Studio will will follow any and all public health mandates regarding health and safety and appreciate you understanding in the event of any cancellations, rescheduling, delays, etc. Credits will be provided if services are unable to be performed and refunds will only be given if the services are unable to be transferred to another session type or product.
